The company registered as “Rasoul Isfahan Industrial Company” to produce variety of yarns and machine made carpets in different sizes and patterns as well. Solomon Carpet company was initially established in the historical city of Isfahan (the most skilled carpet designing and weaving center) in 1982 to produce Acrylic yarns then as time passed by, the company improved in looms for weaving various kinds of machine made carpets.
Solomon Company has over 1,150 workers to ensure quality and rapid production at the Isfahan plant, Solomon Carpet is one of the biggest machine carpet producers in Iran. The company is completely equipped with new machinery and advanced technology from Italy and Germany. The Solomon Carpet plant produces over 2.5 million square meters of machine made carpets annually. This total production includes over 1,000 original designs created by our designers in collections of Traditional (classic), Multi-level Surface, Cut and Loop-pile, Kilim, Shaggy, and Chenille carpets. All the products will be tested before they leave the factory at the production lines with the fully equipped laboratory to ensure that the company meets the requirements and complies against national and international standards.
Rasoul Isfahan Spinning Company has two spinning units with a daily production capacity of 35 tons for the different types and sizes of yarns, such as acrylic yarn, and B.C.F yarn. The acrylic yarns come in different sizes from10 Nm, to 50 Nm..
Rasoul Isfahan spinning company also has the dyeing plant with 30 tons daily production capacity, is equipped with the latest Machinery and technology from Italy and Germany. This unit (yarn dyeing hall) is also equipped with the dyeing sampling devices which are capable of producing pre-production laboratory samples. After the issuance of the approved permit from the lab upon the completion of mass production, all products are transferred to the heat setting unit and then will be packed with the modern devices and delivered to the company warehouse.
